Bridal Agreement

After reading the guidelines below, please fill out this form with the bride’s information. Please note that this submission is an initial request and not a formal confirmation of services.

ALL BRIDAL PARTY ATTENDEES MUST FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES:

  • Hair must be clean (no products added) and must be completely dry prior to service. If smoothing/retexturing of the hair needs to be done prior to wanted style, it must be done prior to arriving for service or there will be an additional charge of $50 for a Blow Dry service. If lashes are desired for makeup look, either bring a set or select pair we supply.

  • Once contract is filled and returned, invoice will be sent via email. A credit card must be provided to hold the date and time of the event. Upon booking the day, a 30% deposit of the total will be taken and is non-refundable (even if party numbers are changed). The remaining balance will be due by the date of the services and can be paid via Venmo or cash (no personal checks). Tips are preferred in cash, but can also be paid by Venmo.

  • Any no-shows on the appointment date will be charged the full price of services scheduled. Any changes to the schedule must be received 30 days prior to appointment. Any member showing up late for their scheduled service will receive a shortened service to keep the staff on schedule, and the full price of service will be charged. If a wedding party is more than 15 minutes late, they will be charged with a $50 late fee. Any wedding party arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show. This will result in the client forfeiting all deposits and your credit card will be charged 100% of the total services. No dates will be guaranteed without a signed contract and paid deposit.

  • All parties greater than 5 may have may an assistant fee applied to the invoice, due to timing and location. This will be at the discretion of designated stylist working with your party. This allows your stylist the comfort of time and efficiency with the added provider. This applies to both hair and makeup services.

  • Cancellations due to emergencies are considered on a case by case basis per the salon management’s discretion.

  • Any change to an already made schedule will result in a change-fee ($25 per person) that will be added to the remaining balance if a bridal party service number is changed, whether a person is added or removed fro bridal party services within the 30 days.
